Conversio connects a business's WhatsApp to that business's own systems: guest communication for property managers, hotels and resorts, and customer contact and CRM for other businesses, such as car dealers. We process data on behalf of these businesses and on their instructions. Conversio is run by Reagan San Pedro Pieter, Barbouquet 28 B, Willemstad, Curaçao, Chamber of Commerce 152542.

2. Data we collect

When customers or guests interact with a business through WhatsApp via Conversio, we may collect:

• Phone number and display name (provided by WhatsApp)
• Message content (questions, requests, and responses)
• Interaction metadata (timestamps, message status)
• Details given in conversation, such as preferences, booking or vehicle details
• When a business connects its WhatsApp Business app: its contacts, up to six months of one-to-one chat history, and the messages it sends from the app

For businesses using our dashboard, we collect the email address and business details provided during onboarding.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to customer and guest inquiries accurately and in real time
• To record conversations in the business's own CRM or system
• To personalize responses based on the business's information
• To send proactive messages at relevant stages of the guest journey
• To generate analytics and insights for property managers

4. Data storage and security

All data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party services for messaging, AI processing, data storage, and hosting. All third-party providers are selected for their security standards and compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Messages travel through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Data retention

Conversation data is retained for the duration of the business's subscription. Upon cancellation, data can be exported or deleted upon request.

7. Your rights
